SECURITY & SHOPPING POLICY

It is the continual aim of Scottish Family Heritage to provide you with a quality product, as well as an efficient and secure service. The following details list our Code of Customer Satisfaction.

1)   Each order will be checked and confirmed by email on the date it is received. (If you do not wish confirmation sent, please inform us to that effect.)

2)   The complete contents of each order will be individually checked prior to dispatch.

3)   Print orders will be dispatched within 28 days from the receipt of payment. In the event of any delay, you will be notified by email.

4)   You initial PDI information pack will be posted within 14 days from the receipt of payment. Further time limits for additional historical information will be given where appropriate.

5)   Your personal details will only be held in a manually kept filing system. They will only appear electronically in the contents of your original email enquiry or order, and will be deleted therefrom upon completion of your order. No personal data will be passed on to any other person or company.
