How To Pay

Includes return of faulty or damaged goods.

PRICES

Please don't forget that all prints are hand-coloured, and are accompanied with a numbered certificate of authenticity.   Sizes are A4 or 210mm x 297mm (81/4" x 113/4") and A3 or 420mm x 297mm (161/2 x 113/4").  Remember to tell us whether your prints are to be on white or cream card.

Delivery within Great Britain including Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands

The prices listed below include all postal and packaging charges.

A4 size prints are £19.00 sterling each

A3 size prints are £27.00 sterling each

Delivery within Europe

Please add £2.00 to the total value of your order

Delivery Outside Great Britain & Europe

Please add £3.00 to the total value of your order

 

CURRENT METHODS OF PAYMENT

CHEQUES, BANKERS CHEQUES & POSTAL ORDERS

1) A cheque payable from a British bank, made out in Pounds Sterling.

2) A standard British Postal Order.

3) A non-British bankers cheque made out in Pounds Sterling.

NOTE: you must obtain this direct from your own bank.

4) A cheque payable for any international bank in the currency of your choice.

NOTE: if your payment is by method 4, you must add £7.00 Pounds

Sterling to the value of your order.

CREDIT CARDS

Regretfully at present, Scottish Family Heritage do not accept payment made by credit cards.

This situation is currently under review.

 

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Our quality control procedures are meant to ensure that your order is delivered in pristine condition. However, if any part of your order is delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, you must notify Scottish Family Heritage within seven (7) days of receipt. Please email or write the details of your complaint, and include the following information.

Faulty Goods

If the fault(s) appears to have occurred prior to being posted.

1) Specify your name, address, and order number, along with the date you received the order.

2) Give full description of the fault(s) concerned.

Should Scottish Family Heritage accept responsibility, we will either replace the goods, or refund all monies paid by you in respect of your order. Please note that it may take up to at least one calendar month to process any replacement order prior to being posted to you.

Damaged Goods

If it is apparent that the goods were damaged in transit, please follow these procedures.

1) Notify the relevant claims department of the delivery agency concerned in your area.

2) Contact Scottish Family Heritage by email or letter. Specify your name, address, and order number, along with the date you received the order. Also give a full description of the damage.

3) Retain the goods, until they have been examined by a representative of the delivery agency concerned.

We will then initiate claim procedures. In the event that the claim is upheld, Scottish Family Heritage will either replace the goods, or refund all monies paid by you in respect of your order.
